This Privacy Policy describes how BetterFlare OÜ ("BetterFlare", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the BetterFlare flight training management platform, including our website and mobile applications ("BetterFlare" or the "Service"). This policy is intended to satisfy disclosure requirements for the Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as applicable data protection laws including the GDPR.

We collect information necessary to provide the Service:

On our website, we may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site (see our Cookie Policy). Our mobile apps do not collect any analytics data, device identifiers, or usage statistics. The only data we store is what you actively provide to use the Service.

We may use service providers for hosting and support. They process data only on our instructions and in line with this policy, and all hosting providers store data within the EU. Our apps may use Apple and Google services (e.g. push notifications, app distribution); their respective privacy policies apply to those services. We may use analytics services on our website only; our mobile apps do not use any third-party analytics. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent.
